All of our declarations are quality controlled by our tariff team prior to submission. 
We make available to clients status reports at regular intervals, via our website, or email, depending on the clients need. The reports can keep clients informed from the time of placing order up to final delivery of the consignment allowing them to keep track of their shipments throughout the forwarding and clearing process. 

Our flexible computerized costing system can be tailor made to suit individual clients needs. The costing can be forwarded electronically or supplied in hard copy with our invoice and supporting documentation.

Clearing Pre-finance

Whether you do not have financial resources or what you have is inadequate to get your cargo out of port, UT Logistics will offer our pre-finance service to enable you clear your cargo at. Under this arrangement, we undertake to assist clients whose goods are stuck at the port because of their inability to raise funds to clear their goods. We provide up to 100% financing to get the goods out of port.

We arrange to make the following payments on behalf of our clients;

• Duty
• Shipping Line Charges
• Freight charges

And any other payments that require to be made before the goods can get out of port.
